David Carter Dinielli is a Visiting Clinical Lecturer in Law at Yale Law School. He is also a Senior Policy Fellow at Yale’s Tobin Center for Economic Policy, where his work centers on developing antitrust and competition frameworks to address economic and societal harms of concentrated power in digital markets. He previously was Senior Advisor to the Responsible Technology group at Omidyar Network, and also served for nearly seven years as Deputy Legal Director at the Southern Poverty Law Center, where he oversaw the Center’s anti-hate and extremism litigation as well as its LGBTQ rights work.
